"This event marks the beginning of a historic partnership between Kombat Global and Cambodia," said Rick Shin, President of Kombat Global Corporation.

"Our vision is clear: Cambodia will become the global epicenter of Kombat. From Phnom Penh, we will bring athletes, coaches, officials, media, and fans from every continent to Cambodia.

We are not simply hosting events here; we are building a long-term home for Kombat. We envision Cambodia as a destination where the world comes to compete, connect, and experience the future of combat sports.

Kun Khmer, the Father of Muay Thai, deserves its place on the world stage. Through Kombat Global, we will help introduce Cambodia's Kun Khmer heritage to new audiences across the globe and showcase the pride, culture, and fighting spirit of the Cambodian people.

Kombat Global is not here for a season; we are here for decades. We are here to invest, create opportunities, and establish Phnom Penh as one of the world's premier destinations for international Kombat championships.

This is the first of many events to come. June 27 is not the finish line; it is the day the journey begins."
Headquartered in Singapore, Kombat Global has announced plans to establish Phnom Penh as a major operational hub and host regular future events in Cambodia. The company envisions Cambodia becoming a key destination on the international combat sports calendar, attracting athletes, officials, media, and fans from around the world.
